2023/ 01/27 Science Seminar Series      Friday January 27, 2-3:00pm

Join us each month as we highlight San Diego Botanic Garden’s commitment to and support of current plant-based research.

This month we will join Michelle Balk, Research Associate from the Science and Conservation team, on a botanical odyssey throughout California as she shows us her best photos of her favorite plants taken over the last approximately two decades.  We will journey from the coast to the mountains and deserts and get up close and personal with several species of rare plants as well as several species of common but no less charismatic species.

San Diego Botanic Garden operates according to current County and State guidelines. In accordance with guidance from the County of San Diego and the California Department of Public Health, SDBG encourages visitors to wear masks indoors. 

Cost: Free with Garden admission.

Class format: In person, indoors

Please register by January 26, walk-ins welcome, space-permitting.
